The 2019 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach took place from January 26th to February 20th in West Palm Beach, FL. All proceeds from the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.

Yarn Design Associates' interior designer/owner, Leanne Yarn,  was honored to be selected among 22 of the country's top design firms to transform a 10,000 square-foot Mediterranean-style house. The design team implemented lively patterns, sophisticated colors, and innovative design ideas to redesign and remodel their designated rooms.

“I refer to this room as the home’s hideaway, it's a great room with a great view, so I wanted to play off the water outside and mix the blue with silver and gold accents.” In keeping with her vision of the space as a cozy haven, she complemented the sofa and armchair seating with a bench seat under a window, complete with custom built-ins. Striped window shades by The Shade Store mingle with a cheerful pattern by Jeffrey Alan Marks, while nods to the Palm Beach locale are woven throughout—pillows with coral motifs, books that pay homage to Palm Beach, and a funky oversized driftwood sconce by Regina Andrew.
